Happy Chinese New Year 2009

I at my grandpa house right now. I have been here 2 days already. Is a normal Chinese new year for me, greeting with gong gong, po po and all those closely relative or the relative that long time no see. The only difference of this Chinese new year is all of the children (my gong gong grandson/granddaughters) was grown up and have own activities. So that we are couldn’t play as last time. By the way, both my cousin married and one even have two cute children lor, so they can’t stay over night like last time chit chat with us. All have own activities.

The nothing different is my gong gong still busy to chit chat with their relative (which some I don't know should call what), and my po po, mum and da yi are busier in the kitchen to prepare the delicious food to us. I also eat non-stop. Can’t imagine how many kg I will gain this New Year.

My gong gong was sick, but he looks healthier. Will the doctor make the wrong report?? I hope the doctor do so. He still can sharing the story with us, still can chatting with the relative non-stop and walk as usual. How can he sick ler?? Gong gong is the nicely and friendly people in my life and this world. hehe.. He should deserve the good is it???

谁可以教我怎么办？
因为阿公吃了一种药。。。
他会让阿公的脸变红的。。。
刚才在吃饭的时候。。。
看到阿公一直看住镜子。。。
好像也有一直摸他的那里瘤。。。
他的表情。。。很难看啊！！！
看了很心酸啊！！！
现在他又坐在他每次坐的地方。。。
在做手部运动。。。
上次去台湾的时候。。。
我买了健康戒指给全家人。。。
阿公戴了。。。
他竟然和表姐说什么戴了就可以健健康康的走。。。
真的很想打他叻~~~(i would like to beat him too)

我害怕。。。
我怕阿公会想多多。。。
更怕他乱乱想。。。
真的怕啊。。。
那种恐惧。。。

我昨天也巴了自己几巴。。。(Me too)
因为我也一直乱乱想东西。。。
我不想想这种东西啊！！！
谁可以救我啊？

我不想每天都看到阿公那种神情啊！！！

老天啊！！！
您至少也让他健健康康的啊！！！

礼拜天早上——补习天。。。
都是阿公叫我们起床。。。
带我们去饮茶然后带我们去补习。。
老天啊！！！
你至少让我可以驾着他一直驾的车。。。
带他去兜风、吃东西、看风景啊！！！

希望阿公天天开心。。。

This is my cousin blog, i copy from there again.

Today i was finished my first paper of exam, Now all i want to go back hometown immediatery and go to side of my grandpa. Telling him the non-sense but "maybe" funny joke. He will never stingy entertain me with his laughing. Everytime i saw his smile and laugh then i will happy too.

Right now, i don't know what his situation. Yesterday i called back home. My mum told me if nothing happen, after 6 months go back to check again? how come need to wait till 6 month just have one check-up? Doctor told us, grandpa like this is consider better lor, passed from his last operation is 2 years ago, till now jst have a relapse. But this time are different ler, is a malignant tumor ler.. Mum told me we have to bless for gong gong, hope it won't spread to other part of body. If so, gong gong will feel suffer. I dun want to see him suffer. I don't want to see him have any painful. I want he happy. God, did you listen what i please from you?I use my year to year b'day wishes gong gong be healthy. Can i make it advance 1st??please...

他跟我说没事。。。

我就问什么事~~~
他们就说。。。
阿公的颈项那粒硬块。。。
证明是恶性的肿瘤。。。
加上他老人家年纪这么大了。。。
医生说不能割了。。。

为什么要酱？
以前那两粒，两粒都可以是良性的。。。
为什么这次只是一粒。。。却不可以？？？

Customer Right

Following to the previous blog, as a consumer we have to clearly understand about the customer right. And have to be smart, so not drop into the immoral seller trap. Below are something i share with everybody.

Legal Issue on Contract Law in Malaysia - Good for us to know
Do you notice that most of the time, the receipt / invoice you received from the merchant carries this exclusion clause or similarly worded statement: “Goods sold are not returnable” or “No refund once sold”.

Please remember that : “As long as your goods is purchased for home use and not for business (i.e. to be resold), the above exclusion clause is VOID.

That means, as long as the good is defective, regardless of what is worded, you CAN get back all your money spent . You do not have to accept a repair on the good or an exchange. You CAN ask for a refund. AND you are LEGALLY right and entitled to!

And most of the time the merchant will refuse to return you your money.
You can threaten the merchant with four words: “SEE YOU IN COURT!”

The court here refers to the Small Claims Tribunal.Any goods which is worth RM25,000 and below can apply to this Court.

However, you don’t have to tell them what court! All you have to pay is RM10 admin fee and the loser (the merchant) will have to refund you the money PLUS the admin fee!

I have seen that most educated people are cowed by such unfair wordings (which includes a few of my friends).
Pls try not to let the merchant fleece you the next time you have defective goods.

Be Careful when purchase the Mobile Phone

Do you all know when u purchases a handphone in a shop what u have to do on the spot? That day, I was shopping at sg wang with my housemate and yc... And one of my roommates was bought a handphone Nokia 6120 classic with a guy where at G floor. Well~ they are having a promotion where the price at RM558.And my friend is looking for this model with white color. She asked “Do u have the white color ones”. The person told her they have it. When we request for have a look, the person told us they don’t have the right now. If we want it, they can get one for us. Ok! My friend is too kind, she directly order one set from the guy where I think she really wish to get one. During the time of around 3.3opm we were having our lunch at time square. The guy was called to my friend and told her the white color price are different where is RM 620/Set. After negotiate, they guy was discount RM10 for my friend and my friend also accepted his offer. It is deal.

It is around 5pm something; my friend is goes to take her handphone with my another friend. (I and yc were no around). And we continue shopping until 9pm. After we reach home, my friend she have a habit to play with her new technology item she bought.

Ahha~~This is why she realize the handphone are no actually what she want. The casing are loose and the color of the side are also is black color where is should be silver color. What the man do? Does all the white color already sold out so they just change the casing and state that this is white color. What the hell~ and we also find out that the box there are actually state that is black color and also the series number are different with what she bought. Because of this, she start calling for the person who sold this to her, but that was nobody to pick up. We suspect that have some problem behind. Even we drive to sg wang immediately, the shop also off. Due to there have no solutions again, the only way to do is report to the police for prevent the seller to refuse to payback.

In the next earlier morning, we went to the shop again. Have a fat man standing at the booth there; I have no sure who he is. But I really very unsatisfied on his manner, who is he? Come on!! Is only a fat disgusting guy with rubbish word in his mouth.. No $$ to buy a toothpaste?? If he is the boss there, I curse him for lose seriously in year 2009.blek~ but even I no curse him, he also wont get much customer since he have a bad service, bad manner and with the face when people seeing will think to punch him hardly. What he done for us, is he loud for my friend who is his customer and even blame us with loudly. Come on man. We just have a discussion. What for your voice so loud? You never know that customer is always right? You never know that I can sue you for customer association regarding your poor service. You will never ever know because you are much more stupid than a rubbish bug.

So guy. Be careful when you going to buy a handphone. Better check properly of the stuff you bought. Below are some tips:

1) Press *#06#, you can check the IMEI number where is the series number too. Check properly whether it match with the box and the sticker at the handphone.
2) Press *#0000#, you can check the some details of the phone. But this code only for Nokia buyer.

3) If the receipt the seller give to you does no include the series number and the colour of the phone you buy, request them to write on it. Everything are need the evidence.


( The receipt that have no series number and color) And sold in RM610, but the receipt write as RM 558. As a customer. dun careless,have to check properly.

(Have to be very know the brand and pattern of the phone you going to buy, beside of the cassing also have to check the side of the color also, some illegal seller may change your original cassing to non-original ones)
